Sign On Forms
Download the relevant form using the links below. There are two types. One for Adults and one for  Under 18s. These need to be downloaded, printed, filled in and brought with you on the day of your experience.
Remember to add an emergency contact's details even if they will be at the event with you. The Competition Licence Number is only for Racing driver's and so can be ignored. Remember to sign next to the wording Signature and "or Signature if non competitive participant"
On the Under 18 form, in addition to the above, a parent or guardian needs to sign the form as well. This is in the Parental Agreement Form section.
